Planning to breastfeed or not sure how you want to feed your new bundle of joy? This class is for you. I will go over the basics of breastfeeding and help you get off to the breast start. Prenatal breastfeeding classes are strongly encouraged so you’ll know what to expect after delivery. With knowledge and confidence, you can trust that you, your body, and baby know exactly what to do. I will guide you through a virtual class that consists of a powerpoint presentation, videos, and demonstrations. All that you need to bring is a pen and paper to take notes. You will be encouraged to ask questions throughout the class. The class will be approximately 2 hours.
